Description

A combination of dung and straw (or any agro waste/harvested crop residues) is fed into the hopper of the machine. Screw mechanism has been provided in the machine, which helps in mixing raw materials thoroughly, compress them and extrude them out.Cow dung logs are a renewable and organic fuel source with several benefits. They are readily available in rural areas, produce less smoke and are cost-effective. Additionally, using cow dung logs as fuel can improve soil fertility when using residual manureFirst of all, 2-3 days old Raw Cow Dung with a specific moisture range around 40% is fed manually into an in-feed hopper of the cow dung log machine. Further the moving screw conveyor collects the cow dung and pushes it towards the die which turns the cow dung into die-shaped logs.
